The waitlist

With your permission, we store your email address, chosen language and, if you choose to share it, the category you would like Peri to help with. We use this to manage early-access invitations, not to make appointments. Please do not submit medical information.

Joining is voluntary and based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Without an email address, we cannot send an invitation. Peri does not send your waitlist details to an AI model to manage signups or invitations. Invitations use a fixed message, not AI-generated text. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Your waitlist details are stored encrypted on Peri’s server in Germany, hosted by Hetzner. The operator can access them. Entries expire after 90 days and are removed by daily cleanup. Infrastructure backups may retain older copies for their backup retention period. Encryption keys are currently included in whole-server backups.

Invitation emails

When you are invited, Peri uses AgentMail to send the invitation from peri@agentmail.to. AgentMail receives your email address and the invitation message, including your personal invite link. We do not include your selected interests or booking information. AgentMail processes the email under its own policies; EU-only processing has not been verified. Peri does not enable email-open tracking for invitations.

The invitation link works once and expires after seven days. It is private: anyone you forward it to could use it first. Starting Peri with this link binds access to that Telegram account, not to a verified legal identity. Opening the email alone does not activate access. The separate encrypted invitation email and message data are scrubbed after 90 days during normal service use. Minimal hashed access and duplicate-send records remain until operator cleanup; AgentMail’s copy and infrastructure backups follow their separate retention policies. Contact the operator to request removal or revoke access. Joining does not publish a profile or recommendations.

Community suggestions

If you choose to suggest a place, Peri stores the place, neighbourhood, category, your note, optional website and optional reply email. These suggestions are encrypted on the same German-hosted server, visible only to the operator for review, and removed after 90 days during daily cleanup. They are not automatically published, sent to an AI provider, used to make bookings, or added to the waitlist. If you leave an email address, it may be used to reply about that suggestion only. Do not submit private addresses, medical details or another person’s contact information.

Suggestions are stored with your permission. You may withdraw it or request removal through the contact above; keep the reference shown after submission. Reviewing or archiving a suggestion does not publish it or award an invitation. Hashed network-address counters limit abuse; community limits expire within a day. Backups remain subject to their separate retention period.

This website

Fonts and the animated character are served by Peri. There are no advertising trackers. An essential, secure cookie protects forms and associates optional preferences with your signup. Abuse counters use a keyed hash of your network address, not the raw address. Waitlist counters expire after one hour and are removed during cleanup.

Public-page analytics

We use Umami Cloud to understand visits to the homepage and community page, referring websites, campaign performance and interactions such as clicking a link or submitting the waitlist form. We send only the public page path, a limited set of campaign labels, page language and fixed event names. Referrer paths, arbitrary query parameters and fragments are removed. Form contents, email addresses, selected interests, booking details and personal invitation links are not included in these analytics events. Private account, admin, connection and checkout pages do not load the tracker.

Your browser connects to Umami to load its script and send events, so Umami receives network connection information, including your IP address and browser information, and can derive an approximate location and device type. Umami describes its analytics as cookieless; we do not enable identified-user tracking, advertising, session recordings or heatmaps. Our integration honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Analytics history on our free plan is retained for six months. See Umami’s privacy policy for its processing practices. You can object to this measurement by enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by contacting the operator.

The hosting provider receives the connection information needed to serve the website. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The form cookie lasts up to 90 days; you can remove it through your browser. Hetzner provides hosting and infrastructure backups.

The assistant is separate

Joining the waitlist does not connect a calendar or authorize health-data processing. Using the Telegram bot involves Telegram and the configured AI provider. They process data under their own policies. Peri’s German hosting does not mean all processing occurs in the EU.

When you activate an invitation, its email address is copied into your private booking profile for confirmations. You can change it by telling Peri “use another email”. If you provide a location for a task, Peri stores it privately and may send just the extracted location to Photon, a geocoding service hosted by komoot, to find map coordinates. The geocoding request does not include your name, email address or booking request. A shared map pin is stored directly. These saved profile details remain separate from the waitlist and are included in the bot’s “delete everything” flow.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or removal of your waitlist entry, or withdraw your invitation permission, by contacting the operator above. Requests are handled by the operator; this is not an instant automated deletion feature. The chat conversations on the landing page are illustrative demonstrations, not real bookings.

You may also request restriction of processing and data portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
